Viwit believes that Continuous improvement is an essential element in a modern quality system. In the current environment continuous improvement is difficult, but not impossible.

At Viwit we follow:

- Creating visible management commitment to change.

- Engaging all employee levels of the organization quality goals.

- Enhancing communication of priorities, objectives and desired behaviors

- Training and engaging employees to allow to see “the bigger picture“

With these practices we are successful to build the confidence of regulatory agencies in Viwit. In last couple of years we have successfully completed regulatory inspections i.e. Health Canada ( Sept. 2018), Mexico ( March 2019), USFDA (Oct 2019) and several customer inspections. We are committed to continue the efforts for improvements in the Quality culture, Quality of the product and finally in the health of our patients.

-Ensure the competence level of all employees in accordance with company quality goals.

-Enhance communication based on priority, purpose, and expectation

-Train and ensure employees see the "big picture"

Through these actions, we have successfully established confidence in regulatory compliance at Viwit. In the past few years, we have successfully completed several regulatory audits, including Health Canada (September 2018), Mexico (March 2019), the US Food and Drug Administration (October 2019) and several Customer audit. We are committed to continue our efforts to improve the quality culture and product quality, and ultimately protect the health of patients.
