Senior quality research fellow in organic synthesis
Job requirements:
(1) have the spirit of integrity, dedication, unity and enterprising;
(2) master degree or above in analytical chemistry or pharmacy, with more than 3 years of experience in developing analytical methods for bulk drugs and fine chemicals, and capable of independently developing and verifying analytical methods;
(3) familiar with GMP regulations and domestic and foreign pharmacopoeia;
(4) proficient in the use and maintenance of analytical instruments;
(5) capable of writing quality documents and records;
(6) with team leadership, able to train talents and stimulate enthusiasm;
(7) proficient in English.
Job responsibilities:
(1) responsible for the development and validation of analytical methods according to product use and relevant regulations;
(2) draft the verification plan, and confirm, verify and verify the instruments and equipment according to the approved plan;
(3) responsible for the establishment of quality standards, and participate in the audit of quality standards;
(4) participated in the training of instrument analysis for related positions in the r&d department to improve the quality analysis ability of the r&d positions;
(5) reasonably arrange the work of quality researchers and experimentations to complete the work tasks.
