Viwit implements a strategic control model as the organization structure. The Group carries out strategic management and control, and business units operate with certain independence. A leadership team is jointly responsible for the management and operation of each business unit. Each leadership team follows the principles of dual level personnel appointment, double financial confirmation, and other risk management and control measures. They make decisions and implementations on major issues in accordance with Viwit’s decision-making mechanisms. Business units are the main vehicles of operation, and they are also treated as profit centers with independent accounting. The organizational structure will be continuously adjusted and improved with the change of business model and the development of the company.
