Viwit adopts a strategic control-oriented organizational structure. The Group is responsible for strategic management and control, while each business unit operates with a certain degree of independence. Within each business unit, a leadership team is established, with a designated team leader taking the lead and the collective team assuming joint responsibility for governance. Each leadership team follows principles such as skip-level personnel appointments and dual financial approval, along with other risk management and control measures. In accordance with the principle of democratic centralism, major issues are fully deliberated before decisions are made and implemented through Viwit's decision-making mechanisms. Business units operate as profit centers with independent accounting and serve as the main entities of operation. The organizational structure will be continuously adjusted and improved as the business model evolves and the company develops.
