Viwit’s Video “Ten Years in China, Growing with Viwit” Wins Second Prize in 2025 Shandong Province Foreign Expert Video Competition

In the 2025 Foreign Expert Video Competition organized by the Shandong Provincial International Talent Exchange Service Center, the video titled “Ten Years in China, Growing with Viwit,” meticulously produced by Viwit with deep involvement from its foreign employee Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma, stood out from many excellent entries and won the second prize.
This honor not only recognizes the artistry and communication impact of the work but also vividly demonstrates Viwit’s long-term commitment to internationalization and diversified talent development.
Gratitude to Mr. Bimal for His Ten Years of Dedication
Since joining Viwit in 2017, Mr. Bimal has worked alongside us for nearly a decade. He is not only a technical expert but also a key driver, participant, and witness of Viwit’s development.
As the head of API R&D analysis, he led the establishment of a standardized CMC R&D system, achieving a significant transformation from chemical processes to regulated pharmaceutical research. In 2018, during the company’s most challenging year, he took on the additional role of API business unit general manager, leading the team to successfully pass a Health Canada GMP audit. Since then, he has repeatedly helped Viwit pass U.S. FDA audits, securing critical “passports” for Viwit’s products to enter global markets.
Mr. Bimal is known for his humility, professionalism, and pragmatism, earning high praise within the company. He has diligently trained local R&D teams while also recruiting several Indian colleagues, helping Viwit build a diverse workforce with international vision and expertise. As he said in the video, “At Viwit, I have found not only opportunities, but a home, a team, and a mission.” This genuine sentiment runs through his nearly ten years of growing with Viwit.
