This product is colorless and clear liquid.
This product is a local anesthetic and anti-arrhythmic drugs. Mainly used for infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia (including mucosal anesthesia during thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery) and nerve conduction block. （1）Adults commonly used amount:
①Surface anesthesia: 2% -4% solution does not exceed 100mg at a time. The dose should not exceed 4.5mg / kg (without adrenaline) or every 7mg / kg (with 1: 200000 concentration of epinephrine) at the time of injection administration.
②Sacral block is used for labor analgesia: use 1.0% solution, limited to 200mg.
③Epidural block: 1.5% -2.0% solution for thoracolumbar segment, 250-300mg.
④Infiltration anesthesia or intravenous block: with 0.25% -0.5% solution, 50-300mg.
⑤Peripheral nerve block: 1.5% solution, 250-300mg for brachial plexus (unilateral), 2% solution for dental use, 20-100mg; 1% solution for intercostal nerve (per branch), 30mg, 300mg; paracervical For infiltration, use 0.5% -1.0% solution, 100 mg each on the left and right sides; 1.0% solution for paravertebral spinal nerve block (each branch), 30-50 mg, 300 mg limit; 0.5% -1.0% solution for pudendal nerve, 100 mg each on the left and right sides .

（2） The usual dosage of children: varies with individual, the total amount of one-time administration should not exceed 4.0-4.5mg / kg, 0.25% -0.5% solution is commonly used, and 1.0% solution is used in special cases.
（1）Commonly used amount:
①Intravenous injection of 1-1.5mg / kg body weight (usually 50-100mg) as the first intravenous injection for 2-3 minutes, if necessary, repeat intravenous injection 1-2 times every 5 minutes, but the total amount within 1 hour shall More than 300mg. ② Intravenous infusion is generally made up of 1-4mg / mL infusion of 5% glucose injection or administered by infusion pump. After using the load, you can continue to maintain intravenous drip at a rate of 1-4mg per minute, or intravenous drip at a rate of 0.015-0.03mg / kg body weight per minute. Elderly people, heart failure, cardiogenic shock, decreased liver blood flow, liver or kidney dysfunction should reduce the dosage to 0.5-1mg intravenously per minute. That is, intravenous injection of 0.1% solution of this product can be used, and it does not exceed 100 mg per hour.
（2） Extreme volume: The maximum load of 4.5mg / kg body weight (or 300mg) within 1 hour of intravenous injection. The maximum maintenance dose is 4 mg per minute.
